What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you write.
Information collected automatically. If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and time on site. This is collected through cookies.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We do not add people who submit the contact form to a marketing list without their consent. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers listed below, and only to the extent needed to operate the site.
Service providers
Google Analytics for site measurement. Our email and hosting providers, which process form submissions in transit and at rest. If we begin using a CRM, it will be listed here.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable record-keeping period. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics only. It does not run advertising pixels. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email erichoward82@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing contact form data is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You have the right to withdraw consent, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
