SERVICE 04 // TRAINING

Learn to run it yourself. We'll show you how.

Half of this business is teaching. If training you means you stop needing us, that is a good outcome and we are not going to pretend otherwise to protect a retainer.

Training a team to use AI for marketing works best when it is built around the business's own customers, offers, and tools rather than delivered as a generic course. Effective training covers which tasks to delegate to AI, how to write briefs and prompts that produce usable output, and how to judge quality before anything reaches a customer.

You bought the tools. Nobody showed you the job.

Everyone now has access to the same AI that a Fortune 500 marketing department has. That is genuinely remarkable and it has changed almost nothing for most small businesses, because access was never the constraint.

The constraint is knowing what to ask for. AI is an extraordinarily capable employee with no context, no taste, and no idea what your customers care about. Hand it a vague request and it produces vague work, confidently, instantly, at volume.

Generic courses do not fix this. They teach you prompt formulas on example businesses that are not yours, and you abandon them in week two because the gap between the example and your actual Tuesday is too wide to cross alone.

AI Training and Enablement

WHAT YOU GET

What the training covers.

  1. Which tasks to hand over, and which never to.

A worked map of your actual marketing tasks, sorted by whether AI should do it, help with it, or stay away from it. This single exercise changes how people work more than any prompt technique.

  2. How to brief, not prompt.

The skill is not magic words. It is writing a brief the way you would for a good freelancer: context, audience, constraints, what good looks like. We teach it on your real work, live.

  3. How to tell good output from confident garbage.

The most valuable and least taught skill. AI is never uncertain and is often wrong. We build the checklist your team runs before anything reaches a customer.

  4. Your prompt and workflow library.

Built during the sessions, on your business, documented. Not a PDF of somebody else's prompts. Yours, and they keep working after we leave.

  5. A quality standard in writing.

What your business sounds like, what it never claims, and what gets escalated to a human. So the standard survives staff turnover.

HOW IT RUNS

How the sessions run.

  1. 01 SCOPE

We find out what your team actually does all week and where the time goes. Training gets built around that, not around a syllabus.

  2. 02 SESSIONS

Working sessions, not lectures. Your real tasks, your real customers, your real tools. People leave each session with something finished, not with notes.

  3. 03 DOCUMENTATION

Everything built during the sessions gets written down: prompts, workflows, checklists, standards. This is what separates training from a nice afternoon.

  4. 04 FOLLOW-UP

A check-in after the work has met reality, because week three is when the real questions show up and most training programs have already ended.

Do not buy this if:

Nobody on your team has time. Training requires hours you have to actually clear. If you cannot clear them, buy execution instead. That is not a failure, it is a scheduling reality.

You want a certificate. This is not a course and there is no completion badge. You will be able to do the work, which is the only credential that matters here.

You are hoping to replace someone. Say that out loud first, because it changes the right approach and we would rather have that conversation than discover it later.

Twenty years of this. None of it at SteelAIQ.

730 percent traffic growth. 413 percent growth in organic search impressions. 51.4 percent more leads in six months. Those are Eric Howard's career results, published in full and verifiable.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions about ai training and enablement

Do I need any technical background?
No. Our clients are business owners and their staff, not technologists. If you can write an email to a contractor explaining what you want, you can do this.
How many people can attend?
Small groups work best, generally under six. Beyond that it stops being working sessions and becomes a lecture, which is the thing that does not work.
What if the tools change?
They will, constantly. That is exactly why the training is built on briefing, judgment, and quality standards rather than on which buttons to click in a specific product. The skills transfer. The interfaces will not.

Tell us what's broken.

Free first conversation. No deck, no demo, no discovery call that is really a sales call. If AI does not move the thing you are trying to grow, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
